    Preparing for a Thai Yoga Massage


    Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor. Both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility, such as yoga clothing or a t-shirt and cotton sweatpants. No oils or creams are used.

    Long sleeves are recommended, as the client’s body temperature may drop during the massage. Please avoid shirts with hoods and nylon pants, as these may impede movement.

    Please avoid eating a large meal within an hour of the massage. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to complete a health questionnaire in order to inform of any current or prior injuries, or limitations to be respected.

    Clean feet are greatly appreciated :-)
